The Collab Volunteer Network

The Collab Volunteer Network is a dynamic and inclusive initiative designed to integrate a network of student and community member collaborators into our educational and community outreach efforts. This program offers a structured environment for collaborators to enhance their skills and engage with the community through various tasks, projects, and events.

Mission: The mission of the Collab Volunteer Network is to provide meaningful opportunities for skill development, community engagement, and collaboration through a network of dedicated collaborators.

  1. Community Collaborators
    • Overview | Community Collaborators are individuals with extensive expertise or relevant field-experience able to contribute expertise and support to various projects and initiatives within Tarzana Treatment Centers College’s various initiatives. Individuals can benefit from community volunteer work by utilizing and enhancing their professional skills to contribute to meaningful community projects, while connecting with like-minded individuals and organizations. Community collaborators can expect to provide specialized knowledge and skills for project development.
    • Eligibility Requirements | Those who are interested in the Community Volunteer program must meet the following qualifications:
      • Relevant experience or expertise in a specific profession/area
      • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
      • Commitment to community service and education
  2. Alumni Collaborators
    • Overview | Alumni Collaborators are individuals who were formerly enrolled in a TTCC program who are looking to apply their skills at Tarzana Treatment Centers College. Participants will assist with various administrative, educational, and support tasks. Collaborating will give individuals practical experience in a professional setting while enabling the development of skills that are relevant to career goals. Collaborators will grow their network through collaboration with professionals.
    • Eligibility Requirements | Those who are interested in the Alumni Volunteer program must meet the following qualifications:
      • Completed one or more TTCC programs
      • Strong organizational and communication skills
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  3. High School Collaborators
    • Overview | High School collaborators are individuals who are currently attending a high school local to Tarzana Treatment Centers College. Students should have interest in community service, advocacy, or relevant behavioral health fields and have a willingness to learn and participate. High School Collaborators will earn community service hours, develop leadership and teamwork skills, and a certificate for their college application upon completion of XYZ hours. Collaborators will engage in group meetings, collaborate on assigned tasks and projects, and be under guidance from a team member.
    • Eligibility Requirements | Those who are interested in the High School Collaborator program must meet the following qualifications:
      • Currently enrolled in high school
      • Strong desire to contribute to community service
      • Willingness to learn and participate actively
